Life is uncertain
Death is not.
Life is temporary
Death is not.
Yet we worry
About death
Knowing fully well
It shall come, one day.
Yet we don’t
Live life
Knowing fully well
It shall end, one day.
So why worry?
Let’s make ourselves a pledge
A pledge to be certain
Certain about our days
Certain about our friends
Certain about our joy
For all we know
Life is uncertain
Death is not
Life is temporary
